Steps of a project
1. Preparation:
Needs analysis, feasibility, technical choices, selection of teams and tools, planning of developments... this step is done in partnership with your IT teams and resources as well as your final users’ representatives
2. Design and production:
Operational part of the project, undertaken by our development team: development is done step by step with intermediate validation with the developer. Project document is also completed.
3. Implementation:
The revenue will validate compliance between the specifications and the choice of technology (server, database ...).
Once this step validated, the project starts to be produced
